The PRT Forest Regeneration Income Fund is a publicly traded income fund, which was created to hold all common shares and certain notes of PRT.
PRT is the largest producer of container grown forest seedlings in North America, consisting of a network of nurseries in Canada and the U.S. Collectively these nurseries have an annual combined production capacity that exceeds 200 million seedlings.
The Fund may pay to its unitholders monthly, by way of distribution of interest, dividends or capital, cash flow generated from the business of PRT. Units of the Fund are listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the trading symbol PRT.UN.
