PRT Oregon

PRT Oregon is situated at the north end of the Willamette River Basin, plant hardiness zone 8a, 25 miles south east of Portland in the community of Hubbard. The nursery is located on 28 acres and is close to Interstate 5.

Crop production includes 1+0 forest seedlings, as well as liners for the Christmas tree and ornamental nursery industries. All commercial tree species planted in the western United States can be grown at PRT Oregon.

PRT Oregon offers a full range of standard seedling products and related nursery services, and specializes in the following areas:



Large Seedlings - for coastal sites with brush and animal problems. These are generally produced as 1+0 container seedlings, including Brush Buster™ Seedlings, which are grown in large containers of up to 61 cu. in. (1,000 ml).

Seedlings for Summer and Fall Planting - custom growing programs provide well-conditioned seedlings for summer and fall planting.
