Mr. Fournier shares our team’s passion about the essential role PRT plays in reforestation, growing our value and supporting our customers across North America. Complemented by approximately 30 years of experience in the forest products sector, Mr. Fournier’s leadership strongly positions PRT to expand upon a legacy of growing climate-adaptable, resilient and diverse forests.
Prior to PRT, Mr. Fournier served Chief Operating Officer for Cosmo Specialty Fibers Inc., a Washington State specialty cellulose company, with responsibility for all operational and administrative functions in delivering performance and excellence.
He received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.
Mr. Davies joined PRT as the VP of Finance & Administration & CFO in 2014. With his extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, expansion and capital market transactions, he has guided PRT through several successful corporate transactions including the acquisition and construction of new nursery sites.
In 1994 Mr. Maxwell joined PRT as Superintendent at PRT Red Rock in Prince George, BC. After moving up to Nursery Manager then Regional Manager, he took over as VP of Production in 2004. The extensive knowledge and experience in the industry he shares with his nursery teams ensure that high standards of quality and reliability are the benchmark for all PRT Nurseries.
In December 2022, Marlene accepted the role of Chief People Officer with PRT, joining the team on a mission to grow seedlings that will sustain forests and the world for generations to come.
In addition to helping PRT grow among its traditional market segments, part of Marlene’s role is aimed at elevating our organization’s sustainability solutions. Her goal is to bring in diverse and emerging talent interested in climate science, biology and ESG initiatives. Given her extensive experience in establishing workplace cultures that lead to commitment, community, and rapid growth, she is well-positioned to help advance PRT’s critical work, collaborating with landowners and organizations to help them achieve their goals.
In his current role as Chief Commercial Officer for PRT, he brings deep industry insight and experience related to scaling businesses for continuous, profitable growth. PRT is already a critical link in the forest sustainability supply chain and the trusted leader for organizations across the forestry industry in Canada and the U.S., but we are also uniquely positioned for future growth by leveraging the breadth and depth of PRT’s commercial solutions and helping companies navigate the ever-changing opportunities and challenges related to their ESG goals. Collin is committed to the company’s mission of growing seedlings that will sustain forests and the world for generations to come.
PRT is a forest seedling propagator and the largest producer of container-grown forest seedlings in North America with more than five billion seedlings planted. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, he leads the global organization’s sales and marketing functions, in addition to partnering with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute a strategic plan to rapidly grow the business.
